Demon Slayer: All 6 stages of Hashira Training explained

There are six phases to the arduous Hashira Training in Demon Slayer, and we've broken down each one for you.

The eagerly awaited fourth season of Demon Slayer has finally debuted. The story's shortest arc, the Hashira Training Arc, centers on the demon slayers' quest to realize their full potential. They have never encountered anything like the impending battle with Muzan Kibutsuji and the Upper Moons.

Therefore, it's imperative that everyone realize their full potential. The first episode, which airs for one hour, centers on the meeting between Hashira and the unveiling of the Demon Slayer Marks' past. Muichiro also describes the prerequisites for the mark's manifestation.

The training is intended to assist the Hashira in addition to helping the lower levels get stronger. The course has already started, and thus far it has not been enjoyable. But that's just hinted to in the first episode, so let's explore each of the six levels of Hashira Training in Demon Slayer in more detail.
---------------- --------------

Stage 1: Stamina Training

Trainer: Tengen Uzui

Uzui's battle with Gyutaro resulted in his Hashira retirement. Still, he comes back to instruct the others. The goal of the first training phase is to increase their stamina via continuous, fast running. Uzui was dissatisfied with how nobody could stay up with them for very long. Because of his upbringing and his intense training as a youngster, Uzui has extraordinary stamina, which is why he was selected for this round.

Stage 2: Rapid Movement Training

Trainer: Muichiro Tokito

Mucihiro is teaching them how to more easily stretch and tense muscles for improved body coordination by sparring with them one-on-one and doing swings, among other things. With those skills, he quickly ascended to the ranks of Hashira. It will also aid the demon slayers in maintaining their alertness during the conflict. ---------------- --------------

Stage 3: Flexibility Training

Trainer: Mitsuri Kanjroi

Because of her extraordinary flexibility, Mitsuri can wield her sword without risk of self-cutting. She is therefore the ideal Hashira at this point. Since she's forcing the demon slayers to don leotards and dance nonstop to the music, her training is also somewhat unique. Not only that, but Mitsuri stretched them with her superhuman power, which had to have hurt like hell.

Stage 4: Sword Skill Revision Training

In this stage, Obanai will use a wooden sword to assault the learners within a dojo. Moreover, there are several additional demon slayers bound to beams throughout the dojo. The trainees' task is to strike their swords while dodging the obstructions. ---------------- --------------

Stage 5: Infinite Slashing Training

Trainer: Sanemi Shinazugawa

The trainees are essentially being battered down till they are unable to stand by Sanemi, who is doing this nonstop. Since everyone is armed with a wooden sword, fighting is permitted. But none of them are strong enough to compete with Sanemi, so it's just a beating session. Sanemi intends to battle the trainees while trying to increase his body temperature and meet the requirements needed to make the Demon Slayer Mark emerge.

Stage 6: Muscle Amplification Training

Trainer: Gyomei Himejima

Without a doubt, the hardest part of the Hashira Training in Demon Slayer is the last phase. Strong limbs are used to balance the body in order to launch accurate attacks and provide unwavering defense. Therefore, the trainee needs to be able to push a huge rock through a town, carry three heavy logs of wood on their shoulders, and then withstand the cold water of a mountain river's cascade.
